Gather the names, addresses, phone numbers, driver's license number(s) and complete insurance information (including the policy numbers) from all parties involved. If the police respond, obtain the police report number as well.
Call the claims department at 1-866-469-6784 and select option 4, and report the accident. A Worth Casualty representative will provide directions and answer to any questions you may have.
If an adjuster is not necessary, your claim representative will assist in getting your claim processed as quickly as possible.
